Pine Ridge & Lorraine Federation and Cordwalles Junior School are looking for a highly organised, proactive and personable Office Manager and Finance Administrator to join their friendly team.
You will lead the office team and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across both schools, managing administration, finance processes and acting as a key point of contact for parents, staff and visitors. This role is central to maintaining an efficient, welcoming school environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong administrative experience, ideally in a school setting
* Confident leadership and team‑management skills
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail and finance/admin abilities
* Good communication skills and a warm, professional manner
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office; SIMS/Pupil Asset an advantage)
* Reliability, integrity and the ability to stay calm under pressure
* A proactive, positive team player with an understanding of safeguarding
