The Role:
This challenging and rewarding role is heavily focused on performance management.
You will be responsible for leading your team of supervisors (Front Line Managers) to deliver an efficient and safe service.
As a talented manager who thrives on change and challenge, you will be responsible for maximising operational performance while maintaining safety and quality standards within our contract for Anglian Water.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Create and implement strategies, processes, and procedures to ensure efficiency
* Seek continuous improvements in working practices, promoting service performance and best practices to staff
* Lead and inspire teams in health, safety, environment, and quality
* Reduce customer complaints by fostering a right-first-time culture
* Manage future works and programmes to minimise disruption and preventable failures, including planning and resource control
Ideal Candidate:
If you are an inspiring leader with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, diplomacy, IOSH and NRSWA qualifications, and experience in the utilities sector, we want to hear from you!
