PR Account Administrator
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £25k - £28K depending on experience
Contract: Full-time
About the Role
We are seeking an organised PR Account Administrator to join our growing marketing agency team. This role will support account managers and directors across a range of client accounts in sectors such as construction, engineering, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the PR account team, including scheduling meetings, managing diaries, and preparing agendas and meeting notes
* Assist with the collation of media coverage for all clients
* Monitor media coverage and compile regular client reports and coverage books
* Maintain client campaign plans to ensure teams meet deadlines, and deliverables
* Help prepare presentations, proposals, and research for new business opportunities
* Ensure all client and media databases are kept up to date
* Carry out general office tasks and meeting preparation as and when required.
Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Previous experience in an administrative, marketing, or communications role (including internships) is desirable but not essential
Qualifications
Educated to A-level or equivalent
