The role: The Care Support Administrator will provide professional and understanding service to external callers. You will be responsible for supporting the team and contributing to the overall success of the company.

* Handling calls, emails, and intranet responses with empathy and customer focus
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Adhering to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
* Showing initiative and drive
* Exhibiting excellent call handling skills
* Using multiple systems simultaneously
* Adapting communication to suit the audience
* Maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail
