Role overview
Crawley – Currys, Crawley. Permanent, Part Time. 15‑30 hours per week with flexibility to work additional hours. £12.71* per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour, raising to £13.01 on successful completion of probation.
As a Retail Sales Colleague you don’t need in‑depth knowledge of tech before joining the team. All new colleagues attend a two‑to‑three‑day induction virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. There you gain skills and knowledge to sell, serve and support customers and make amazing happen.
Our store open 7 days a week, generally 9 am–8 pm, with flexibility across opening hours including Saturdays and Sundays.
Responsibilities
* Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
* Make every customer interaction memorable.
* Offer support services: delivery and installation, recycling, payment options.
* Contribute to the overall sales performance of the store.
* Work across different departments and product ranges.
* Support store operations by completing operational tasks.
Qualifications
* Approachable and friendly.
* Keen to learn about the latest technology.
* Comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer experience targets.
* Strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store and winning as a team.
