About The Role
Job Summary/Purpose
This is a field-based role involving travel between site locations within the allocated area. A company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided, along with all necessary cleaning equipment to carry out your duties.
Duties And Responsibilities
* Attend sites to resolve cleaning issues and ensure standards are met
* Clean all areas of client sites, including hoovering floors and sanitising surfaces
* Maintain cleaning standards based on agreed specifications
* Follow health & safety legislation at all times
* Respond to ad hoc requests from management
* Escalate concerns or site-level intelligence to the Area Manager
* Complete stock checks and follow procedures for ordering supplies
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, Regional Managers, and Area Managers
* Support training and inductions for new cleaners
Qualifications And Skills
* Experience in a similar role
* Proactive, detail-oriented, methodical, and organised
* Self-motivated, confident, approachable, with a flexible attitude
* Excellent client focus with a track record in facilities management or contract cleaning
* Team player capable of motivating others
