The role is primarily remote with monthly travel to London and are exceptionally flexible in terms of work schedule including compressed hours.
As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will:
* Coach and Support cross-functional Product teams through the full Scrum lifecycle, ensuring all ceremonies are effective and valuable.
* Optimise Delivery Flow by removing blockers and impediments, managing capacity, and addressing complex internal and external risks.
* Champion Alignment by facilitating effective collaboration across teams and departments to ensure delivery toward shared goals.
* Foster Culture by creating an empowered team environment that takes ownership of delivery outcomes and drives continuous improvement.
* Maintain Transparency by supporting Product Managers in maintaining a healthy backlog and clearly reporting progress to all stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience coaching multidisciplinary teams to apply Agile and Lean best practice while delivering technology products and platforms.
* Demonstrable experience in capacity planning and managing complex internal and external dependencies to prioritize highest value activity.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with proven ability to manage challenging conversations and senior stakeholders' expectations.
