Job Overview
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth plans and developing marketing strategies aligned with the Group requirements. You will work closely with Group Marketing team to establish local marketing plans, budgets, and measure returns, ensuring the successful implementation of marketing activities to promote the business and achieve profitable growth.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement clear sales growth targets and actions.
· Work with Group Marketing team to establish appropriate marketing plans, budgets, and measure returns.
· Take responsibility for marketing activities to be implemented locally.
· Work within a Matrix Structure to ensure efficient running of Design, Estimation, Procurement, and Production activities.
· Provide strong coordination and working relationships within the Group structure within Cox.
· Assume full responsibility for all day-to-day activities within Guild Bespoke Metalworks.
· Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to promote Guild Bespoke Metalworks' bespoke metal fabrication services, aligning with the company's commitment to artisanal craftsmanship and innovation.
· Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including interior designers, architects, boat builders, and other professionals seeking custom metalwork solutions.
· Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client visions are accurately translated into high-quality metalwork, maintaining the company's standards of excellence.
· Manage the sales pipeline, from initial inquiry through to project completion, ensuring timely communication and satisfaction at each stage.
· Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns, showcasing the company's portfolio, services, and the unique stories behind each project.
· Maintain and enhance the company's online presence, including website content and social media platforms, to attract and engage a broader audience.
· Organize and participate in industry events and exhibitions, representing Guild Bespoke Metalworks and networking with potential clients and partners.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
· Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and a positive return on investment.
· Report on sales and marketing performance, using analytics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustment.
Requirements
· Demonstrable experience of delivering strong sales performance and profitable growth within a business.
· Ability to manage a small team.
· Wider responsibility to oversee other internal functions.
· Appreciation to work within a Matrix structure.
Working Hours
· 40 hours per week
