Based at our Brigg office, we are looking for someone who is confident, with an outgoing friendly personality. You will need a professional approach to work and be proactive when dealing with the public in person and on the telephone. You will need to be organised, and be available to work flexible hours when required. General office duties will include answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries, reply to emails, arranging appointments, liaising with clients and attending property inspections and viewings. You will need to be computer literate and very comfortable using Microsoft Office software. You will be working on your own some of the time so must be reliable and responsible. A driving licence and transport are essential. Previous experience in estate agency would be useful and a desire to progress in the industry a must.
Hours - Mornings 9am - 1pm Monday - Friday. Every 5th Saturday 9am - 12noon. Holiday cover and flexibility a must.
NB. If you prefer to work afternoons from 1pm - 5pm please note this on your application as we may be able to accommodate this.
