- Lead/ or become one of a lively team of 4 bookkeepers across two locations!
- Master the art of supplier bank payments and tackle bank reconciliations like a pro!
- Review Profit & Loss Statements and AP/AR reports—always hunting for sneaky errors!
- Check off bookkeeping tasks like a champ!
- Keep track of everything in the Job Management system (XPM) to ensure nothing gets lost.
- Prepare VAT returns with style!
- Roll up your sleeves to ensure account accuracy and squash any discrepancies!
- Create and submit Confirmation Statement checklists like a seasoned expert.
- Handle weekly or monthly payroll with ease—payslips and reconciliations are a breeze!
- Answer calls and emails with a smile, directing client queries and lifting spirits!
- Open and process paper mail to keep everything organised and running smoothly!
