The Person:
Proven Experience in a similar culinary role.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for food and an eye for detail
The Role:
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of breakfast items
Manage and supervise staff when required
Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff
Maintain a clean and tidy workstation to ensure no cross contamination
Adhere to food hygiene standards
Provide friendly and professional service to guests when encountered
Contribute to controlling costs and implementing strategies to achieve financial targets.
