Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of regional Fernox sales activities, monitor and analyze customer buying patterns and trends, maintain warehouse stock levels, provide technical support to local customers, support local marketing activities, and liaise with commercial, technical, and marketing projects.
What will you be doing?
* Coordinate all orders, queries, and complaints to ensure high customer service standards
* Maintain and grow the Fernox business through proactive telephone contact with customers and participate in telesales projects, assisting the regional sales team in meeting targets
* Assist management with merchant requests and provide regular reports, including EDI and CMI
* Ensure sales desk and phone lines are covered during office hours
* Process orders and support business activities related to commercial, technical, and marketing projects
Who are you?
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar environment, such as inside sales or customer service. You should have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and willing to take on challenges. You will be educated to at least A Level standard.
What competencies will you need?
* Experience in internal sales or customer service roles
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Solution-oriented approach
* Ability to work in a team and good social skills
* Additional languages are an advantage
* Proficiency in MS Office and good knowledge of ERP systems
