About the Role: You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality support for pupils with a range of needs including Autism, speech and language difficulties, learning disabilities, and associated behavioural challenges. As an HLTA, you'll work closely with teaching staff to lead learning activities, support lesson planning, and help shape a positive, engaging environment tailored to individual needs.
