Offer description

Administration Officer Provide administrative support to a SEND service data migration project. Undertake high-volume data entry and cleansing of historic records. Validate and check data quality across two internal systems. Support the maintenance of accurate electronic records and databases. Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Contribute to service continuity and quality through reliable administrative support. Key responsibilities Enter, review and update large volumes of data accurately. Cleanse historic records to ensure information is correct and consistent. Cross-check information across systems to maintain data integrity. Identify discrepancies and escalate issues through appropriate channels. Maintain manual and electronic systems to ensure data accuracy, confidentiality and security. Assist with basic data analysis and produce information or reports where required. Support teams with general administrative activities as needed. Skills and experience Experience providing administrative or data support in a busy environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large datasets. Confident IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and other database systems. Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively. Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders. A Level qualifications or equivalent experience. Working arrangements Hybrid working model. Office attendance required 1 day per week (Friday). Remaining working time completed remotely.
