We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated works programmer to join our responsive repairs maintenance team. A key member of the responsive repairs service area, you will be responsible for programming repairs across the authoritys portfolio, including Council Houses, Schools, public buildings and other interesting assets.
We are seeking to appoint a suitable qualified works programmer on a full-time, permanent basis. We will provide full support and training to enable you to carry out your duties and are fully committed to support your development.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of buildings and assets within Pembrokeshire. Youll be joining a fantastic team and playing a vital role in maintaining and improving essential properties across the county.
The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of trades under the leadership of the Building Maintenance Operations Manager and the Responsive Repairs Programme Manager to deliver a wide range of repairs.

We are seeking to appoint a suitable qualified works programmer on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team of trades and will carry out programming of repairs across a diverse portfolio.
We expect the candidate to be able to work with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver effective repair programmes.
