Coordinate testing and commissioning part with all M&E contractors including electrical, mechanical, ventilation, lift and sprinkler.
Manage and coordinate testing and commissioning across 2 blocks
Coordinate and assist technical team to update testing certificates in line with O&M manual portal ( Createmaster).
Quality checks on all test certificates.
Chair site level testing and commission meeting with contractors.
Coordinate clients COW and specialities commissioning engineers with sub-contractors
Manage client COW inspections and coordinate the matters with contractors and close the reports.
Manage Cause and effect test schedule
Assist QS to obtain relevant warranties and paper works.
Assist utility companies' quires and manage their finals.
Making sure installations are to drawings
Controlling safety, quality & environmental activitiesRequirements
Mechanical or Electrical background with min HND or NVQ level 6 or similar qualification.

SMSTS
Minimum 2 years experience as Assistant M&E manager for a residential project.
