Rilmac have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator in our Lincoln Office. We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our great team.

The Office Administrator Role:
* File and manage site documentation
* Accessing training database information – using our Compliance portal
* Access and input information using Microsoft office 365 programmes
* Ensuring the office is well maintained – placing orders for staff requirements on site
The Successful Office Administrator will have:
* Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 (essentially Microsoft Excel)
* References from a previous Administration Role
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 08:30am-5:00pm (5 days)
