The successful candidate will work alongside experienced conveyancing professionals and dedicated support staff delivering top‑tier service across the full spectrum of residential transactions. From shared ownership and new builds to remortgages and private drainage agreements, you’ll gain real exposure to a wide array of matters and hands‑on experience from day one.
The Role
This is an ideal opportunity if you’re part‑qualified or actively working towards qualification (CLC, CILEx or Solicitor) or even newly qualified and looking to grow within a welcoming, well‑established team.

* Handle the full lifecycle of residential transactions, including leasehold, shared ownership, equity release, and more

About You
* Are on track to qualify or have recently completed legal training (CLC, CILEx, or Solicitor)
* Have some hands‑on conveyancing experience, through training or previous roles
* Communicate clearly, with empathy and professionalism
* Take initiative in learning and supporting others
* Thrive in a friendly, collaborative team
