Wootton Vale Healthy Living Centre is looking for a motivated and compassionate nursing associate to join our friendly and supportive primary care team. This position can be offered on a full or part-time basis. Working under the direction of registered nurses and GPs, you will deliver high‑quality patient care across the practice and contribute to our long‑term condition and preventative health programmes. Your role will include: Treatment room duties (vaccinations, smears, wound care, phlebotomy, ECGs, observations) Supporting long‑term condition reviews Carrying out elements of annual reviews for housebound patients Maintaining accurate clinical records, follow practice protocols, and work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team.
