Job Title: Telemarketing Representative
Location: Wimbledon, London (3-minute walk from train and tram stations)

Role Summary:
As a Telemarketing Representative, you will play a key role in customer engagement by contacting existing clients to promote upcoming events. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, gathering key information, and maintaining accurate records-all while contributing to the success of a market-leading organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make approximately 60-70 outbound calls daily to a warm client base
2. Engage with customers to discuss upcoming events and initiatives
3. Build rapport, actively listen, and deliver tailored solutions
4. Accurately update and maintain customer data in the CRM system
5. Work collaboratively with internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction
6. Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs
Key Requirements:
7. Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or account management (preferred)
8. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
9. Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
10. Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
11. Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
12. Resilience and a positive attitude towards achieving targets
