Finance & Customs Administrator Competitive salary, 33 days leave, Monday to Friday 40hrs per week, once fully trained hybrid working 1 day per week, Training, Pension, Parking Due to continued success and expansion plans a UK Head Office of a global manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for a Finance & Customs Administrator to join them. You will provide key support to the Finance and Customer Service Team, as well the Logistics Team: Processing invoices, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, and supporting month‑end activities, liaising internally with the logistics team matching invoices with POD raising and investigating any discrepancies Preparing, reviewing, and submitting import/export documentation in accordance with UK and international regulations, working closely with the customer service team ensuring all custom compliance is meet, including advising company of any future changes Maintaining accurate financial and customs records, ensuring audit readiness Assisting in the creation and improvement of administrative and compliance procedures Liaising with internal teams including production, logistics partners, and external agencies to resolve queries and ensure smooth operational flow We would expect the successful Finance & Customs Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of customs procedures (Import/Export), the ideal candidate will have experience also have Finance/Accounts administration support experience, be an excellent communicator and have a friendly confident manner. You will be supported on a 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Import or Export Administration, Finance Administration or Accounts Administration position, from a FMCG manufacturing company. You will be joining the Corby Head Office of a global manufacturing company that has been established for over 30 years, with an enviable reputation in their field of manufacturing. Working directly with the Accounts Assistant, Finance Controller and Customer Service Manager, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
