About this Role
As a Senior Investigator, you will lead a regional team to deliver intelligence‑led investigations that protect our people, customers, and business. You’ll direct serious and complex investigations into fraud and economic crime, strengthen our controls and processes, and work at a senior level with internal and external stakeholders to shape operational responses and design initiatives that mitigate risk and harm across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities (what you’ll do)
* Lead investigations into serious, complex, and organised crime.
* Drive intelligence-led responses to economic crime/fraud to strengthen our controls.
* Provide expert advice to senior leadership on risk posture and response readiness.
* Build strong relationships with senior leaders, legal teams, and law enforcement.
* Oversee preparation of case files and support legal proceedings.
* Allocate resources to priority risks and emerging threats.
About You
You’re a decisive leader with a strong investigative mindset, able to manage complex cases, uncover facts, and ensure evidence is handled with care and integrity. You communicate clearly, make sound judgments under pressure, and lead diverse teams to deliver results in challenging environments.
What You Will Bring
* Proven experience in economic crime, security, or criminal justice.
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
* Knowledge of UK criminal justice legislation and regulatory standards.
* Intelligence‑led risk management experience
* Accredited Investigator (PIP Level 2) or equivalent/experience.
