Job description
Henlee Resourcing is looking for a HR Assistant / Coordinator for an initial 6 month period to help cover during an increase in workload. The role can be either full or part time.
We’re looking for somebody who is immediately available and can travel to their site which is in a picturesque village very close to Devizes. The role will be mostly site based.
Reporting to the HR Manager, your role will cover the whole of the employee lifecycle from HR administration, initial talent attraction, on-boarding activities, employee data maintenance, supporting on employee relations and performance management, exit processes, metrics / reporting and everything in between!!
If you are immediately available, can travel to the site just outside of Devizes, have some HR experience, in particular coordination and administration, we are keen to hear from you ASAP!!
