The successful applicant will:
* Have a current NMC registration and more than 2 years of experience.
* Have good knowledge of the latest clinical practices.
* Lead a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care.
* Use technology to keep accurate documentation and resident records.
* Ensure medication is ordered, administered, and stored following company procedures, policies, and current legislation, in accordance with NMC/CQC guidelines.
* Utilise clinical skills to make timely decisions and take action, providing guidance and support to all team members.
* Create well-thought-out care plans and detailed risk assessments, keeping regulatory frameworks in mind.
* Develop relationships with relatives to support residents better.
What we are looking for:
Someone who can deliver care that truly comes from the heart, ensuring our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality. You will engage in activities within the Care Home, assist residents with mobility aids, offer emotional support, or deliver end-of-life care, always prioritising their well-being.

* You will need to be an NMC Registered Nurse capable of leading a team of care staff.
* A team player who engages well with others, is a strong communicator and influencer.
* Able to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment.
* Capable of understanding current legislation and guidelines.
* Passionate about offering superior services and making a difference.
* A positive, humorous person with an optimistic outlook.
