Approximate OTE of £50,000 per annum with incentivised bonus package

Working Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00

Accurately and efficiently estimating vehicle repairs to ensure customer satisfaction, as part of your role as ATA Estimator / Assistant Manager
Assisting in the management of daily workshop operations
Coordinating with customers and insurance companies to facilitate smooth claim processing
Overseeing repair progress and conducting quality control to uphold high standards
Delivering excellent customer service and technical support
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standardsRequirements
Proven experience as an estimator or assistant manager within the automotive body repair sector
ATA qualification in vehicle body repair or equivalent recognised certification
Strong organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of estimating systems and paintless dent repair techniques
Ability to work effectively under pressure and lead a team
