Behaviour Mentor (SEN/SEMH) – Gloucester (GL1, GL2, GL19)
Full-time | September Start | Full Training Provided
Pay: £92 - £105 per day
We are recruiting Behaviour Mentors to support a specialist independent school in Gloucester, working with pupils aged 7–18 who have Special Educational Needs (SEND), particularly SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health).
The Role
You will support students who may have:
* SEMH needs
* ASD, ADHD, OCD, PDA
* Trauma or attachment difficulties
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting learning in small classes
* Helping pupils regulate emotions and behaviour
* Creating a calm, structured environment
* Working closely with teachers and support staff
Locations
Depending on your experience and location, you will be placed in one of the three following provisions:
* GL19 – Secondary (mixed)
* GL1 – Primary & girls secondary
* GL2 – Girls secondary

About You
* Passionate about supporting young people
* Resilient, patient, and empathetic
* Experience with children or SEN is desirable
* Level 3 TA qualification preferred (not essential)
* Full Driver's License (you will be required to drive for this role - vehicles provided)
