Are you a driven, strategic thinker with a passion for consultative sales? Join our growing team as a Business Development Manager, where you'll take the lead on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals that deliver real value.
This is a field-based/office based role offering autonomy, a professional and supportive environment, and clear progression. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions-not just quick wins.
What You'll Do
* Develop and execute a personal sales strategy
* Generate leads via cold calling, networking & digital outreach
* Conduct meetings and close deals through a consultative approach
* Maintain CRM records and collaborate with internal teams
What We're Looking For
* Proven B2B sales or business development experience
* Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven and resilient
* CRM & digital prospecting tool experience preferred
