Salary: £61,000 - 83,000 per year Requirements: We require experience working within an ICT Service Operations, Infrastructure, or Technical Support environment. We require strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and end-user support. We require experience supporting servers, storage, email systems, desktop environments, networks, or datacentre technologies. Responsibilities: We provide end-user and infrastructure support, ensuring agreed service levels are met and exceeded. We support, maintain, and improve ICT systems, networks, servers, storage, email, desktop, and workspace technologies. We investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions and preventative measures. We monitor system performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of ICT services. We work within ITIL service management processes and accurately maintain service records and documentation. We collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and end users to resolve issues and deliver excellent customer service. We provide technical advice, guidance, and support to users and less experienced colleagues.
