Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
* Advising clients on sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to progress transactions
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal processes
We're looking for:
* Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with residential property experience
* Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Ability to manage your own caseload independently
* Organised, detail-focused, and proactive approach
