As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring the smooth operation of the customer areas, making children feel welcome, organising special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will need to establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
