The Role:
Growing business within Scotland’s machine & device manufacturers sector by selling to senior management, supply chain, and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Create and follow a sales plan.
* Develop sales by understanding customer needs and building strong relationships.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
* Maintain good relationships with distributor sales partners.
* Keep accurate records of sales activities using our CRM system.
Skills and Experience:
Sales experience and an engineering-based technical qualification are preferred, but attitude is more important. If you lack experience but have drive, competitiveness, and people skills, apply anyway—we’ll recognize your potential.
