Acting as the first point of contact, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service across telephone, email, intranet, and face-to-face channels. You’ll process and prioritise queries, liaise with internal teams, and ensure customers stay informed throughout. This is a key role in a nationally accredited Customer Service Excellence team, offering a fast-paced and varied workload.
