Estates Surveyor needed in Coventry This is a temporary contract paying £29.23ph PAYE This is a temporary role The reference number is: 465924 The successful candidate will lead and manage a team in accordance with corporate policies and procedures, manage a substantial case load of rent reviews and lease renewals referring to a third party where appropriate and manage the void properties ensuring appropriate actions are taken to both minimize the void period and to secure the best terms for a new letting. They will monitor rent arrears and work with Incomes team and Legal team to ensure each arrears case is managed to protect the position.
