As the company evolves, it is essential to have reliable, scalable, and flexible solutions that empower employees and enable success About The Role Softcat relies upon Oracle NetSuite for its ERP and is now seeking an experienced contract NetSuite project manager to lead and coordinate NetSuite enhancements required by strategic initiatives within Order to Cash, Plan to Perform and Record to Report. These initiatives include: Development of integrations and functional scope to support Softcat's in-flight implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as its new sales platform – this will be the immediate focus of the role Re-implementation of subscription and marketplace billing Review and enhancement of NetSuite revenue recognition NetSuite performance optimisation Support with the project management of VAT Determination module and engine. As the NetSuite project manager you will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering the backlog of changes in NetSuite to support these initiatives. You will lead a team of in-house and partner analysts, functional consultants, developers and testers ensuring a high level of quality in project deliveries. We'd love you to have Extensive experience of project managing full lifecycle NetSuite implementations, integrations and transformations, ideally in a multi-national, multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-sandbox environment A solid understanding of the NetSuite development & solution environment including SuiteScript customisations, SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteBundler, SuiteTalk integrations (SOAP/REST web services) and third-party SuiteApps A track record of delivering NetSuite change for Finance and Operations in the Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Design to Build value streams for 200 users A demonstrable understanding of the best practice ways of working, common pitfalls, risks and mitigations in respect to implementing changes within the NetSuite ecosystem We also acknowledge that the confidence gap and imposter syndrome are a real thing and can get in the way of us meeting fantastic talent, so please don't hesitate to apply – we would love to hear from you!
