I am looking for educators in Tilbury, who are experienced in working with KS3 and KS4 students, in core academic subjects (English, Maths and Science). Salary: Up to £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide one to one tutoring sessions to students (in English, Maths and Science) Create customised lesson plans based on students' working levels and interests Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Bridge gaps in learners knowledge and understanding, to bring them up to age expectations Help students develop effective study skills and exam strategies Provide feedback on students' performance, using our bespoke learning platform Work with learners with SEN and SEMH needs and tailor sessions towards these. Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with learners with SEN and SEMH needs Experience in teaching or tutoring KS3/4 level subjects Strong knowledge of the curriculum Benefits of working with Teaching Personnel: Bespoke online reporting platform- 24/7 access to enable you to log immediate attendance details, feedback and assessments.
