What You’ll Lead
Events & Campaign Delivery
Design and execute integrated B2B trade show and event campaigns
Use Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to track engagement, measure ROI, and optimise performance
Manage all event logistics—from stand design to supplier coordination to on‑site delivery
Lead and support a Marketing Assistant to ensure seamless execution
Produce creative assets including product sheets, email workflows, and campaign collateral
Stakeholder & Community Engagement
Work closely with internal teams to align event activity with commercial objectives
Build strong relationships with suppliers, trade bodies, defence attachés, political figures, and senior defence professionals
Manage our programme of social activities, charity initiatives, and community events
Strategic Influence
Bring fresh thinking to how we plan, measure, and improve events and campaigns
Use data to inform future strategy and optimise marketing spend
Negotiate effectively to secure best‑value opportunities and enhanced presence at key shows
What You Bring
Essential
Proven experience delivering trade shows, exhibitions, or large‑scale events
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Understanding of attribution reporting and ROI principles
Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills
A strategic mindset with the ability to link activity to wider business objectives
Budget management experience
A collaborative, honest, and safety‑first approach
Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
Desirable
Experience in defence, infrastructure, industrial, or other regulated sectors
Exposure to international events
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
Experience delivering multi‑channel B2B campaigns
