Take charge of VAT returns, grant claim administration, and R&D tax credit reclaims. Support year-end audit and statutory account preparation. Ensure tax year-end compliance (P11D(b), PSA, etc.) is on point. Prepare Office for National Statistics returns. Handle ad hoc projects that keep things fresh and challenging. What Were Looking For as Management Accountant: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with solid Management Accountant experience. Strong Excel skills and a sharp analytical mind. A proactive, problem-solving approach ready to thrive in a fast-paced, small business environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels. Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to meet tight deadlines without breaking a sweat. Nice-to-Haves for the Management Accountant: Manufacturing industry experience. SAP B1 knowledge.
