CRM Controller
Our client, a family-based business with more than one hundred years of experience and one of the leading suppliers of high-quality vehicles delivering exceptional aftersales support services in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced CRM Controller
CRM Controllers fulfil a unique and very important role within a dealership.
As a CRM controller, your role is responsible for providing vital support for every department ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial enquiry to customer satisfaction for both Sales and Aftersales services.
Key responsibilities include monitoring data quality, producing reports, database maintenance, processing enquiries, and recording customer satisfaction surveys.
This requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
You will also be responsible of overseeing the CRM Administrator and ensuing their daily tasks are carried out to a high standard with accuracy and efficiently.
The role requires a proactive contributor to the company's culture, being an ambassador for various staff incentives promoting its values and enhancing its family-oriented atmosphere. Experience of the motor industry would also be an advantage but is not essential.
