KS1 & KS2 Teachers – Carlisle (CA1–CA6)

Start Date: Monday 6th April 2026
Contract: Full-time, long-term (with potential for school-based contract)
Salary: Competitive rates of pay (dependant on experience)

Teaching Personnel are supporting a number of GOOD and OUTSTANDING primary schools across Carlisle who are seeking passionate and dedicated KS1 and KS2 Teachers to join their teams from 6th April 2026.

These opportunities are ideal for ECTs looking to complete their induction or experienced teachers seeking a new long-term role in a supportive and progressive environment.

The Roles

We are recruiting for:

* KS1 Teachers (Year 1 & Year 2)
* KS2 Teachers (Years 3–6)

You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, creative, and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners. Schools offer strong SLT support, well-resourced classrooms, and a commitment to professional development.

* Recent and relevant experience teaching within KS1 or KS2
* Strong behaviour management and the ability to engage and motivate pupils
* Confidence delivering the National Curriculum
* Ability to differentiate lessons effectively to meet a range of needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
