To be part of a cohesive and integrated admin function to the service.
Provide 'first point of access' administration for all referrals and appointments into the Paediatric Booking Centre. Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries and referrals into the service.
Job Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Acute Paediatric Department. We are seeking a dedicated Booking Clerk Co-ordinator to join our team in managing bookings.
The candidate should have knowledge of services provided by the Children's Services and a clear understanding of waiting list principles. The successful candidate should be organised, self-motivated, and able to work well as a member of a busy team.
The vacancy is for 15 hours per week on a Thursday and Friday.
The ability to speak Welsh at Level 3 is an essential requirement for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
