Brighton MET College, part of the Chichester College Group is inviting applications for a Lecturer in Business [Ref: BRTN2212]. The role is a pro rata position of £27,785 - £43,325 per annum (i.e. £22,228 - £34,660) for 29.6 hours per week over 52 weeks a year.
Responsibilities
Deliver a range of qualifications including Level 3 OCR Cambridge Technical, Level 2 NCFE Diploma in Skills for Business and Level 2 Property Services. Work closely with your manager and the departmental team to share expertise and help students achieve at the highest level. Promote attendance, participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning, development and review of activities within your subject area. Assist in hosting open evenings, parent evenings and other related events as required.
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant industrial or subject experience in a business/property services environment.
* Previous relevant teaching experience (preferably in further education) and a willingness to gain a professional teaching qualification.
