Role: Property Services Technician

The Role:
Working inside and outside in all weather, responsible for cleaning and clearing vacant and tenanted properties and gardens to the highest standard.
What to Expect:
* Clearance of general rubbish, needle removal, and hazardous waste (excluding asbestos)
* Final/sparkle cleaning, deep cleaning, environmental cleans (hazardous waste)
* Garden work including tidying, strimming, grass cutting, removal of green waste, rubble, and garden structures
* Completion of risk assessments and job reports, including photographs on a PDA
* Driving company vehicles to and from sites and tips
* Training and use of PPE as required
Who are we looking for:
* Ability to lift large/bulky items
* Ability to prioritize tasks
* Adaptable, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Professional and clear communication skills, both oral and written
