Senior Software Engineers are required by this FS leader as they continue their modernisation across software engineering approaches. In this role, you'll work as part of a small team on the modernisation of high-value Legacy services using advanced AI tooling, shipping improvements in rapid cycles and demonstrating measurable gains in performance, reliability, and delivery speed. You'll work on complex systems that directly unblock organisational velocity, using AI to analyse codebases, extract clean APIs, refactor safely, and deliver fully tested, production-ready services.
Alongside modernisation, you'll build the AI-powered development infrastructure of the future: MCP-based service discovery, AI-assisted CI/CD pipelines, automated code review and test generation, and reusable tooling that elevates engineering productivity across the organisation.
