We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to play a key role within our Commercial Operations team. Acting as the central point of support, you will help drive consistency, quality, and efficiency across sales processes, systems, and reporting.

Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for the Operations Team, ensuring queries are handled quickly and effectively
* Assist in embedding and maintaining sales processes and systems, working closely with Sales Teams and stakeholders
* Support audit preparation, assurance testing, and ensure accurate documentation and process adherence
* Provide cover and support across functions such as Part Exchange and Sales Coordination to maintain continuity
* Support Salesforce updates, conduct UAT testing, and ensure data accuracy across systems
* Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports to support decision‑making and performance tracking
* Coordinate activity: organise meetings, events, documentation, and operational logistics across the team
Qualifications
* Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience in administration, operations, or coordination within a fast‑paced environment
* Confident communicator, able to work with a wide range of stakeholders
* High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and process compliance
* Proactive and solutions‑focused, with strong problem‑solving skills
* Comfortable working with systems and data (e.g., Microsoft Office, Salesforce or similar CRM)
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure
