Fraser Edwards is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Facilities Management contractor for a skilled Plumber. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability within a growing and reputable organisation.
Due to continued expansion, our client is strengthening their Planned Works and Maintenance team, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced Plumber to join a professional, supportive, and thriving business.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on plumbing systems across commercial properties and communal areas
* Complete maintenance worksheets and submit documentation to Head Office weekly
* Assist with remedial work costings and reporting as directed by the Contracts Manager
* Take delivery of materials, check delivery notes, and hand over to the foreman
* Order materials required for jobs and manage associated paperwork
* Attend training and Health & Safety courses as required
* Follow company procedures for accident reporting and site H&S guidelines
The Ideal Candidate
* Fully qualified Plumber (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
* Experience within Facilities Management or commercial maintenance
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Organised with the ability to manage paperwork and reporting efficiently
* Flexible approach to overtime and callouts
* Full UK driving licence preferred
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30
* Participation in callout rota as required
