An opportunity has arisen for a Control Systems Engineer to join the Jaguar TCS Racing department in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment. About the roleWorking within the Controls Group to support the on-going development of our test hardware, processes and procedures. With the sole aim of supporting the delivery of a world-class product to our race programs. What you will doSupport the development and testing of our in-house test rig and vehicle control hardware and software;Develop new hardware, software, and support their integration into our vehicle architecture;Work with the Powertrain and Systems Engineers to ensure the test requirements are achieved and summarised;Write and maintain technical documentation to support the safe and efficient operation of test hardware;Available to travel to race and test events on an occasionally basis to support the development of our powertrain hardware. About youGCSE, High School diploma or equivalent required.Further education including BEng in mechanical or aerospace engineering or equivalent industry experience.Be highly organised and comfortable working under pressure.Have clear written and verbal communication skills.Flexible attitude to working hours.To follow and actively enforce the company’s health and Safety and HV policies.
