Job Title: Maths Teacher Location: Rotherham (S65, S66) Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time Can you guide learners to strengthen their mathematical ability and grow in confidence. GSL Education are welcoming applications for a committed Maths Teacher to deliver engaging lessons that enhance pupils’ mathematical knowledge, problem‑solving skills, and confidence. The position is within schools across Rotherham, supporting learners in the S65 and S66 areas. As Mathematics Teacher, you will teach maths lessons that build numerical fluency, logical reasoning, and practical application. You will support pupils of all abilities, drive academic progress and encourage a positive attitude toward mathematics. Responsibilities: Deliver well-structured maths lessons in line with the national curriculum. Support pupils to develop confidence, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. Maintain a positive, focused, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess pupil progress and provide clear, constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support whole-school objectives. Requirements of Maths Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching maths in a school setting. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners of all abilities.
