Key duties for the Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant include:
1. Collaborating with the operations department to prepare reports and presentations.
2. Ensuring all filing and reports are organized according to project agreements and addressing any issues professionally.
3. Updating and maintaining comprehensive data records on the internal computer system.
4. Supporting other areas of the business with various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of commercial experience in a similar role, demonstrate a strong academic background, and possess a keen eye for detail.
