Senior Ground Investigation Engineer at Central Alliance
Central Alliance, part of the RSK Group, is seeking an experienced site agent to lead and manage ground investigation projects across the UK. The role combines technical expertise with project management and business development responsibilities, ensuring compliant and cost‑effective delivery of ground investigations.
Responsibilities
* Lead site projects as a Project Manager or Site Agent for Central Alliance.
* Supervise and train graduate and junior engineers.
* Meet with operational teams regularly to review company performance, management, and compliance.
* Ensure project compliance with specifications, scope, and price.
* Drive business development and sales initiatives focusing on the Wales and Western regions.
* Attend client meetings, program work plans, and maintain client relationships.
About You
* Proven experience in supervising and managing ground investigation contracts.
* Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and health & safety documentation.
* Prepared to attend and complete internal and industry‑recognised training courses (e.g., PTS, NRASWA, CCNSG, towing license, CAT, First Aid, manual handling).
* Familiar with the maintenance of ground investigation equipment.
