Purchase Ledger Clerk Annual Salary: £25K - £27K Location: Knutsford Full time Permanent Position Our client is seeking a dedicated Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a full-time permanent basis team. Handle job invoices from subcontractors, including the collection of required documentation. Prepare payments for suppliers and manage expense processing. Oversee credit card expenditures and maintain supplier account details. Perform reconciliations of supplier statements and oversee petty cash transactions. Act as the primary contact for all supplier-related inquiries. Process payments via credit card for customers and foster strong relationships with both customers and suppliers. Regularly communicate with the Line Manager to provide updates on workload and discuss any pertinent issues. Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Strong organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and effectively as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to ensure efficient outcomes.
